Disappointed

Work scheduled for September, they “finished” yesterday 2/16/2023. I would like to post the photos. The first round the interior windows fell out when we opened them, they ordered more, as the first 3 times they measured were incorrect and they brought wrong size. We finally got them to come this February they have had our window in storage since November. The job was sub par, we have sent photos video and emailed with them. They said they will make this right. We have heard that previously and this second round was worse. So disappointed, as we relied on reviews. To us 20 grand is a lot of money we are educators and healthcare workers. Also, as we were working because…we have to, our some was home, the lead contractor told my son he can’t get good Mexican help anymore. My son declined to tell him he has several Mexican family members. Just so sad this is what we paid for. I am hopeful they will do the right thing… but….
