Amazing Experience
From start to finish, everything was organized and easy and every person involved was amazing. Our installer Jacob was awesome. He was professional and personable and did such a great job with the tub/floor installation. He made sure I understood what he was doing and answered all of my questions with ease. And the finished product is exactly how it was shown in the pictures - which doesn't always happen. I highly recommend this company and hope to use them for future projects.
Bathtub install
Bryant Barton was our installer. He was a very knowledgeable and pleasant person to deal with. He was very efficient in his work and kept the dust and noise level to a minimum. He did a thorough clean-up after he completed the install. We are very happy with the finished product! Ryan the Plummer was also very pleasant and efficient.
Bathroom remodeling
We enjoy having Brandon Wichman come by our home and go over all our options on a bathroom remodel. Even with us not sure when we would be ready to start. He was very knowledgeable and explained every thing very well. We will have to put off till the fall but definitely giving Brandon a call back.

awesome new bathroom
I am handicapped so we decided to remodel our shower. Making the shower larger and getting rid of our bathtub was the best decision we have ever made! The new shower is so much safer now , with just a few inches to step over, We also had them installed a safety bar and a bench. Nash and Bret were great to work with and made sure to answer any questions we had, each making a special in-person visit to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. All of our gests make commented to how much they liked our new bathroom! A great company to work with!

How to Improve your Shower
We learned about YHIC at the Portland Remodeling show this year. They were very approachable and found they listened to what we wanted rather than what they wanted to sell us. Our sales team were very knowledgeable and congenial. They allowed us to change our minds without penalty. Stan. our installer was excellent in every way: hard working, skilled and attentive to detail. He was a courteous guest in our home and included our opinions. Indeed, we purchased our new beautiful shower, excellent flooring but moreover our value included a great experience. It is an upgrade we waited for for 34 years and now will be warranted with our house. We are very pleased with YHIC.
Superior Service
We worked with Tim B and Sean M from Rapid City of YHIC/Bath Planet. We had two tub to shower conversion remods done plus a new tub unit in the basement. The parts were delivered before the anticipated date and the scheduling couldn't have been better! Lee from Sioux Falls was our installer. He did a magnificent wonderful job! What a hard worker he is! And so precise! The three bathroom remods were completed in only 3 days! And the finished product far exceeded our highest expectations! We are absolutely thrilled with the beautiful new showers! The neighbors have been over to see the work and several took YHIC cards as contacts for future work.
