Met expectations - No surprises

When you meet expectations with no surprises, that's a win for the customer. The crew arrived on time, was prepared for all possibilities and were efficient but careful. Nick was very good about giving all details and answering questions. Even when we had followup questions a few days later, you were there with the answers. Looking forward to many happy showers.
