Warranty Work

We had a walk in shower installed. It looks great except for a rather large blemish in the chaulk by the shower pan. I immediately reported it April 33rd) and been in contact with the schedule crew since but have been given a lot of lip service and talk that they are "too" busy to fix their mistakes. This install has a lifetime guarantee but it seems like it's just words with no follow through. Very disappointed in the warranty.
