I have gotten new windows in my old house and I loved them and now in my new house I just got siding done and my house looks very good. Very nice people to work with.
Windows
Matt and Tanner were fantastic, the first meet up was a blast. Felt more like hanging out with some friends who happened to have windows for me to buy rather than meeting with a salesman. And the windows were installed extremely quickly and efficiently. They were there, then they were gone. I know I'll be giving them a call the next time I need anything.
Terrible customer satisfaction service
My wife and I had new windows installed by this company and also a front door. The door has spots or stains that showed up sometime after it was installed. We used different soaps and cleaners but were unable to remove them. We called and complained about it but they won’t and still haven’t done anything about it. They told me I’m supposed to call the door company myself. So if my new car has problems, am I supposed to call Ford Motor Company instead of the dealer I bought it from? For the amount of money I spent on the windows the door was a drop in the bucket. You’d think they would want to remedy the situation but instead they have ended up with a dissatisfied customer. I highly doubt I would ever use this company again and I always make sure I let other potential customers know about my experience.
Went above and beyond
We had scheduled a cabinet refacing job which was very complicated due to the age of the home and our crooked counter tops and recessed cabinet doors. I went with this company initially because of Mike, the sales agent. He was personable and I felt I could trust him. Our installation took 4 days and I was very surprised when Wayne, the installer showed up and told me that Ryan, the VP of the company was to do the project with him. The work was flawless and both Wayne and Ryan were very professional. The were some unforseen issues of which Ryan discussed options with us and took care of the problems. Because of the quality of the work and great associates, I will also be doing my windows with this company. I truly advise any body needing remodeling of any kind, to contact then and schedule a quote!
Amazing!
The sales team that came to visit were amazing, the installation was a breeze and took less than 24 hours to do (which helps when your house has only one bathroom!). We did have a slight hiccup where one of the shelves fell off, but the installer came right back within 10 minutes and fixed it and now it's perfect! I couldn't be happier with the value and quality. I absolutely love it and can't recommend them enough!

Installation of walk in shower
Very impressed with the speed of the installation. One man efficiently removed the old tub and doors and enclosure with no problems. The installation of the new enclosure was equally efficient. The installer asked questions to make sure his information was accurate. Very impressed.
Thrilled with the results
Mike and his sons did an A+ professional job on my eight windows.They were installed in 2 days and they look wonderful. They are professionals who take pride in doing the job right. They were knowlegable, courteous, and very skilled. I know my new gutters will be installed with the same care. It's my pleasure to recommend them to anyone looking for some home improvements.
