We recently had our bathroom redone by Montey (apologies if not spelt correctly), and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. He was super nice, professional, and respectful throughout the entire process. He replaced our shower/tub, flooring, sink, and toilet, and everything turned out amazing. The quality of his work really stands out—this is by far the best job we’ve seen done in our home in the past 9+ years of living here.

On top of the excellent workmanship, Montey was also very considerate—he even made sure to shut the door behind him every time so our cat wouldn’t get out. That kind of thoughtfulness really goes a long way.

We truly hope our landlords continue to use Montey for all future repairs and updates, because the difference compared to other contractors we’ve had is night and day. Highly recommend!

The problem is with the actual order. On the original order the window was to be white on the outside and foxglove on the inside(have a wood look close to oak). When the window was put in, no one realized it wasn’t correct until it was almost complete. Being the window was in, we decided to let it go.
On the second install, the product came with scratches all over. Due to so much damage to the screens they were re-ordered. It took forever for the screens to be replaced.
On the third install, 2 windows came in wrong. The dimensions were correct on the paperwork but when ordered the dimensions were switched(length/width).

We were looking for mid-level bathroom renovation and didn’t want to sort through numerous sales pitches for “the bathroom of our dreams” that we weren’t going to buy anyway. YHIC came in with a menu of options at a price point, and the process was straightforward. The installer, Kevin, was great and very transparent, so when issues arose; we weren’t really surprised; and the issues were dealt with immediately. Exactly what we were hoping for.
