My father James Ridge Sr. has wanted a walk in tub for years and finally went for it. He had called a company in Carrington but we decided not to go wuth them. Craig and John from Bath Planet came out from Bismarck and explained everything and we decided to contract your company. I wanted to let you know that Tim Bruestle who installed my fathers tub did a fantastic job. He was well mannered and professional. He completed the install today and had me and my father inspect his work. Tim explained how everything works from the jets, bubbles light's, the drain and the aromatherapy in detail. Everything looked so beautiful and professional. Though my father has to wait until the caulking is throughly dried I know he will be so pleased. Tim cleaned up after his work was completed and took the teash and left over materials with him and left his work area clean Thanks so much
